Hoppin’ Into Spring: April Fun at the Ranch!

April was a busy and fun-filled month at the Ranch! Our Adaptive Riding Sessions are in full swing, and the Mustang Learning Program continues to thrive. We were thrilled to welcome participants from the Sugar Valley Day Program and the St. Johns County Life Work Transition Program. Both groups had the opportunity to work hands-on with the horses—providing horse care, cleaning stalls, filling water buckets, and bonding with their new four-legged friends. They also got creative with some inspirational rock painting! 

It’s always incredible to witness how much growth, laughter, and connection can happen in just a few short weeks. We’re so grateful for the continued support of our community and can’t wait to see what May has in store!

A highlight of the month was our 3rd Annual Easter Egg Hunt and Open House! We loved seeing our community come together to meet the horses, tour the ranch, enjoy DIY crafts, experience the Easter Story, and take part in our beloved sunset egg hunt!

We also made cherished memories during our monthly movie outings and at the Moms + Caregivers Roundup at TPC Sawgrass with the Storytellers—it was a truly special time of connection and encouragement. From new volunteer opportunities and upcoming events to the continued growth of our programs, there’s so much to look forward to. We’re especially eager to welcome more participants, deepen our community partnerships, and create even more unforgettable moments at the Ranch.
