Volunteer Roles:

Horse Lead

  • Horse experience required

  • Grooms and tacks horse for riding

  • Leads horse during session

  • Must be able to walk and trot with horse

Side-walker

  • No horse experience required

  • Walks beside horse to aid rider

  • Assists individuals with disabilities with equine-related activities

​

Mustang Volunteers

  • Equine-Assisted Learning Program for high school and up

  • Learn Horsemanship ground skills & help with barn activities

  • Independently work on life,  job and social skills
