Straight from the Horse's Mouth |
Summer is heating up at Bit of Faith Ranch, and we have plenty to look forward to in the months ahead!
Our Mustang Learning Program participants will be cooling off with a special Water Day on June 12th, featuring foam, water activities, and lots of summer fun. It’s sure to be a memorable day filled with laughter, connection, and community.
We’re also excited for our Summer Open House and Foam Cannon Party on July 29th. This family-friendly event is a great opportunity for new and returning friends to experience the ranch, connect with our community, and enjoy an evening of fun together.
And while October may seem far away, it’s never too early to save the date for one of our favorite events of the year—The Barnyard Bash on October 17th! We can’t wait to gather for an evening of music, food, dancing, and support for the mission of Bit of Faith Ranch.
We’re excited to kick off another season of Adaptive Riding and Mustang Learning Program sessions! There’s always a special energy this time of year as riders, volunteers, and horses come together for a season filled with growth, confidence-building, and connection.
We’re also looking forward to our monthly movie outing on June 27th to see Toy Story 5, giving our ranch families another opportunity to connect, laugh, and make memories together outside the ranch.
One of our rider families recently shared a story that beautifully captures the heart of Bit of Faith Ranch.
"I was so touched when one of the teen volunteers recognized my children at a local restaurant and spoke to them by name. The smiles on their faces said it all. That simple interaction showed me how genuine the connections are at Bit of Faith Ranch, and it made my kids feel truly special." — Marla
Moments like these remind us that the relationships built at the ranch often extend far beyond our gates, creating a community where everyone belongs.
As we wrapped up our Spring season, we celebrated several meaningful moments across the ranch. One highlight was welcoming participants from the St. Johns County Life Work Transition Program, who spent time with our horses, learned about the ranch, and enjoyed a hands-on DIY project.
Our Moms + Caregivers Roundup also enjoyed a fun evening of country dancing, followed by time together for fellowship and connection.
And, of course, our ranch families gathered for a movie outing to see The Breadwinner, continuing a favorite tradition that brings our community together beyond the ranch gates.
As we head into Summer, we’re grateful for every opportunity to learn, connect, and grow together.

As we look back on the past month, we’re filled with gratitude for the incredible support of our community. Thank you to everyone who participated in our Giving Day Derby—whether through donations, sharing our mission, or cheering us on. Your support helped make the event a success and provided additional funding opportunities that will continue to impact the individuals and families we serve.
We’d also like to extend a special thank you to The HEAL Foundation for selecting Bit of Faith Ranch as a recipient of a Spring Grant. Their continued partnership helps us provide meaningful programs that foster confidence, connection, and belonging.
To all of our supporters, partners, and friends: thank you for helping make Bit of Faith Ranch a place where lives are enriched, friendships are formed, and everyone has the opportunity to thrive. 💛🐴
