July Newsletter: Summer Fun Is in Full Swing at Bit of Faith Ranch!

Summer Fun Is in Full Swing at Bit of Faith Ranch!

What a fantastic and productive summer it’s been at the ranch so far!

Our riders have been enjoying peaceful rides beneath the shady oak trees, focusing on balance and connection while riding with a bareback pad. It’s a wonderful way to build both confidence and core strength.

We had an absolute blast hosting BiG North Florida/BridgeHaven Academy for a Water Day at the Ranch! The day was filled with laughter, water balloons, and unforgettable memories—all while staying cool in the summer sun.

Meanwhile, participants in our Mustang Learning Program have been working hard on their horsemanship skills. From leading their equine partners through obstacle courses to cleaning stalls and keeping all the animals well-hydrated in the Florida heat, their dedication and teamwork continue to inspire us.

Our June Movie Outing was another hit with a full auditorium for How to Train Your Dragon! These movie events are a great way to support families and foster a sense of community inclusion.

We are also honored to receive funding from two incredible organizations dedicated to giving back!

A huge thank you to the Kings Bay Submarine Officer Spouses’ Charitable Association (KBSOSA) for awarding us a community grant. Through their successful fundraising efforts, they’re able to award impactful grants that make a real difference—and we’re honored to be among this year’s recipients. Learn more about their mission at kingsbaysosa.wixsite.com/kbsosa.

We’re also deeply grateful to Airboaters for Autism Awareness (AFAA) for supporting our Mustang Learning Program! AFAA promotes awareness of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) within Florida’s outdoor community by hosting events that blend autism advocacy with the enthusiasm of Florida’s sportsmen and women. Through these efforts, they support nonprofits and schools that are making a meaningful impact for individuals with ASD. Learn more about their mission at airboatersforautism.org.

Thank you both for believing in our mission!

Don’t forget—our Summer Open House is just around the corner! We’re planning a foamy, fabulous time featuring a foam cannon, refreshments, golf cart tours, horse meet-and-greets (closed-toe shoes required for brushing), and a wonderful opportunity to connect with others in the community.

We can’t wait to see you there!
